Your house is the most expensive investment that you will
make in your life time. With the newer stains and paints that
have to meet the new government standards, it is more
important than ever to keep up with a good paint or stain on
your home to protect it from further deterioration.
Manufactures have reformulated their products to meet the
rules limiting volatile organic compounds (VOC). But they
admit it is a challenge to reduce those pollutants without
compromising performance. It has been proven that they do not
fend off dirt and weathering effects for as long as most past
products, because reformulated exterior finishes will not wear
the same as earlier versions.
Our yearly exterior inspection program will make sure
to:
- Spot potential problems before they become replacement
issues
- Limit costly wood and siding deterioration
- Extend the life of the paint or stain before full
repaint is needed
There is no charge for this service. Call or e-mail in
early spring and we will come out and evaluate the condition
of the exterior paint or stain and make recommendations to
keep the protection updated. We will check siding, gutters,
downspouts, doors, trim, windows and caulk.

maintenance program is only for current clients for whom we
have done exterior painting work.)
